Biji-biji Intermediate Group workout session! You have been going to the gym but need some help progressing?! Need some guidance on the structure ofyour workout?! Want to learn how to properly target muscle growth?!
We'll do mostly of strength and hypertrophy, squats deadlifts presses. We will go a little more intense with heavy lifts. Super fun when you do it with other people! We are not judgemental in any sense! Throw your ego out before stepping into the gym! We uplift each other to strive for a better tomorrow! I am not certified by any professional body. Am doing this out of my training experience over the years, self learning and learning from my peers.
As we practise transparency at the company, I would also like to adopt the concept here. The small RM 25 fee per session consist of a RM 13 gym entrance fee which goes to the gym directly, while the remaining RM 12 will cover my gym access and also contribute towards my certification aspirations.
