Are you aware of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to ensure a live-able, equitable and viable world for everyone? In this workshop, youths can gain further insight into the concept of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and apply the knowledge, skills, and values to analyze real-world problems associated with sustainability. Moreover, participants will be given the opportunity to engage in a study and address the emerging problem of solid waste management by applying the Project Cycle Management (PCM) method. This module provides exposure to the importance of ESD and allows youths to explore its execution in various situations to shape a sustainable future for humankind.
Participants are to attend the workshop in appropriate smart casual attire and also refrain from using any electronic devices throughout the duration of the workshop so as to prevent any distractions. Participants are also highly encouraged to stay present throughout the entirety of the session.
