About the Experience

In this workshop, participants will be guided to use line art techniques to regulate their breathing. This exercise is good for people who struggle with anxiety and low focus. Participants are shown how drawing lines can help them be present & calm. They can choose different colours & lines that best describe their state. At the end of the session, participants require to share their artwork interpretation & discuss their healing takeaways from this activity.


How to prepare

This workshop will be hosted at Muzium Telekom event hall on the ground floor. Participants will be able to see signage that leads to the activity area from Muzium Telekom's main entrance.
