We'll be learning how to make a double cooked and kneaded rice noodle, this noodle works well in thick curries, thai salads and even as a filling in rice paper rolls.
To make this noodles we will be adapting cooking techniques from a thai noodle called Khanohm jeen and cooking a Southern Thai fish curry to go with it, everything will be made from scratch.
We'll begin with a cooking class followed by a meal, drinks and a dessert will also be provided.
