About the Experience
Description
Your ESG priorities are only as credible as the people you have actually listened to. Stakeholder engagement is not a checkbox — it is the foundation of material ESG decisions and the evidence behind your disclosures.
This half-day online workshop gives you a structured, repeatable method to identify who your ESG stakeholders are, design engagement that is genuinely useful, and document it in a format that holds up in reporting and governance reviews.
You will leave with a stakeholder map you can use immediately, a set of engagement tools matched to different groups, and a documentation framework ready to feed into your next ESG report.
What you will learn:
- Identify key ESG stakeholders across internal and external groups
- Design effective engagement strategies for each stakeholder group
- Collect and document stakeholder feedback in a reportable format
- Use stakeholder input to inform material ESG decisions and disclosures
