Description

Meals taste better in handmade ceramics! This workshop is the opportunity for you to make yourself a rustic 2-piece set of organically shaped dinnerware (1 dinner bowl and 1 side plate) using the handbuilding technique. Full guidance will be provided so complete beginners are welcome!

Your pieces will be slow dried over a few weeks, then fired twice and glazed in our signature rustic creamy white glaze by the instructor. Final products will be ready for collection in 4-6 weeks. You will be notified when they are ready.

How to prepare

The workshop will be held at Buttersage Pottery Studio which is located on Level 1, Island88 (previously known as Island Plaza). We are situated near the middle concourse area. Outdoor parking is available at the front of the building. There is also a basement carpark. Please allow yourself 10-15 minutes to look for parking and make your way to the studio so that you do not miss the short introduction/brief that we will conduct at the beginning of the workshop.
