In this workshop, participants will be guided to use weaving yarn techniques to be mindful to untangle the emotions & thoughts.This exercise is good for those struggling with instrusive thoughts and negative emotions.
Participants are shown how to weave yarn. They can choose different colours, and shapes that best describe their state.
At the end of the session, participants require to share their artwork interpretation & discuss their healing takeaways from this activity.
