Description

We'll learn how to ferment vegetables, dairy and legumes. We will start by making a localised version of a kimchi, followed by and infused yoghurt and tempe made out of barley and sunflower seeds. We'll explain the science behind these various forms of fermentation and also teach you how to identify if your ferment is spoilt.
