Programme Lead - Impact Accelerator

I have extensive experience in end-to-end project management for environmental accelerator programs, overseeing execution, budget monitoring, stakeholder liaison, team coordination, and reporting. I co-design and develop business proposals and grants, collaborating closely with clients to meet their needs and support the development and implementation of funding plans and strategies for program sustainability. I collaborate with internal and external teams to effectively plan, design, and execute project activities. My role involves managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of objectives and maintaining open communication channels. I monitor, evaluate, and communicate program progress and impact transparently, overseeing and supporting Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) processes for over 30 environmental organizations, ensuring continuous improvement. Additionally, I manage participant recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support, ensuring a positive experience. I facilitate mentorship opportunities aligned with participants' needs and conduct workshops in various settings, delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences.
