Description
As upcycling possibilities are endless, let us explore further on how one can turn ‘waste’ into functional and valuable products! In this workshop, we’ll be looking further into corn husk upcycling and how it had played a part in having a positive economic impact on a community. We’ll explore how the idea came about and how this program has positively affected the local housewives and single mothers from the city of Kota Marudu and how you have indirectly supported this community.
We’ll begin by offering some tips on corn waste management, its processing and how it can be used as natural food packaging and also for crafts! Enjoy making crafts in groups with the other participants under the guidance of experienced trainers that will be sure to help everyone understand the task at hand and produce fascinating crafts. Do join us for a fun, knowledgeable and hands on experience in upcycling!
