Description

Do you enjoy making crafts and unleashing your inner artist? Well this Do-It-Yourself workshop is perfect for you. As most craft projects will require you to go out and spend on new materials, look no further as you’ll be crafting with materials that would otherwise be seen as trash! This helps reduce waste and divert waste from our landfills, so we’re crafting with an environmental mission! Upon learning how to create the basic units from the collected waste, this workshop experience will open up endless possibilities of design creativity and enable you to convert trash into treasure. Through this, we’ll gain more insight on the different packaging materials used for F&B products as it will open up our eyes to its effects on the environment. Above that, this will encourage us to be more aware of our consumption choices. While the workshop doesn't solve the waste problem overnight, it does help to create the conversation around it and gives a fresh perspective on how we can play our part through creative solutions!
