In this workshop, participants will be guided to use collage art techniques to self-discover their healing affirmations. This exercise is good for those who struggle with anxiety and low self-esteem.
Participants are shown how to create their healing affirmation poster collage by answering self-reflection questions about themselves. They can choose colours, lines, and shapes that best describe their state.
At the end of the session, participants are required to share their artwork interpretation & discuss their healing takeaways from this activity.
