About the Expert

Gurpreet

I lead the team at Mereka and helped kick-start the Biji-Biji Initiative. My love for physics has taught me to look at the world with curiosity and wonder, driving me to find innovative solutions for sustainable living and learning. I’m always looking for new ideas and love working with others to make education and care for our planet accessible and engaging for everyone. I believe in being a changemaker, always dreaming big but staying grounded in reality. My goal is to empower Asia's youth with the skills and mindset needed for the future, showing them that they have the power to make a real difference. I'm passionate about open source and the circular economy because they are tools for positive change. Life is about the small steps leading to significant changes, and I strive to live by that philosophy daily.
