Description

Biji-biji Group workout session! Want to live a healthy livestyle but don't know where to start?! Want to get to bond with the larger Biji-biji team?! Your first few times trying weightlifting?! We'll do mostly of strength and hypertrophy, squats deadlifts presses. What are the basics to get started at a gym, full body workout routine. Super fun when you do it with other people! We are not judgemental in any sense! Throw your ego out before stepping into the gym! We uplift each other to strive for a better tomorrow! I am not certified by any professional body. Am doing this out of my training experience over the years, self learning and learning from my peers. As we practise transparency at the company, I would also like to adopt the concept here. The small RM 25 fee per session consist of a RM 13 gym entrance fee which goes to the gym directly, while the remaining RM 12 will cover my gym access and also contribute towards my certification aspirations.

Instructions

How to prepare

The gym is located at the first floor above KK mart. There is a stairs on your left if you are facing KK mart. Take the stairs up and you will see the gym. Attire: Sports Attire, something comfortable for physical activities. Bring you own water. The gym does not have a refill station, but KK Mart is just right below us. Let me know if you have any prior injury or health conditions. I will cater your experience accordingly.
