Description
In this workshop, participants will be guided to use acrylic paint on canvas with art techniques to regulate their emotions and express it using the Emotional Wheel of Colors. This exercise is good for people who struggle with emotional regulation.
Participants will be shown how colors can help them to identify & be aware of their emotions. They can choose different colors that best describe their state.
At the end of the session, participants require to share their artwork interpretation & discuss their healing takeaways from this activity.

How to prepare
This workshop will be hosted at Muzium Telekom event hall on the ground floor. Participants will be able to see signage that leads to the activity area from Muzium Telekom's main entrance.
