Description
Hi everyone! I recently graduated from a 200-hour yoga teacher training course and would love to share my practices. I’m hosting a weekly free community yoga class - Hatha Yoga slow flow, focusing on fluidity of movement and holding poses with the breath. This one-hour yoga class includes some pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses) and dhyana (meditation) practices, suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or a regular practitioner.

Time: 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Venue: The Flex, Mereka, Publika
To Bring: Yoga Mat, water bottle, towel.
Please bring your own yoga mat, as there are no spares. However, there will be some yoga blocks available!
This is a free community yoga class. Donations are welcome!
