This two-hour workshop will allow individuals to explore the world of culinary art.
Mr.Micheal Yee, an experienced artist in the food and beverage industry will guide you on how to carve through vegetables to create decorative garnishing and add a touch of creativity to your plating skills.
Vegetables such as carrots and onions will be shaped into fun 3-dimensional shapes like flowers and butterflies using carving knives.
Participants will be provided with the necessary tools and materials such as a carving knife, chopping board, and vegetables.
Additionally, Heritage 1957 cafe will provide a complementary meal and drink after the workshop.
