Description
Learn the traditional art of Dovetail joints with our signature Dovetail Joinery class!
In a dovetail joint, the tails and pins are cut to perfection, allowing them to slide together like a lock and key. The tight fit not only ensures a strong bond but also enhances the visual appeal of the woodwork.
From this workshop, participants would be able to learn:
- How to plan and design a woodworking project.
- How to cut and join the wood together precisely.
- How to use power tools and machinery.
Plus, you get to walk away with a gorgeous wooden tray!

How to prepare
Before coming to the workshop, please be aware of the following rules: 1. Come on time, as we need to respect everybody's timing in the class. 2. Dress appropriately, with covered shoes. 3. Water and coffee will be provided, but bring your own bottles. 4. There will be a lunch break in between, with plenty of lunch options in the surrounding areas,.

In a world of consumerism, we hope to educate the public about the value of craftsmanship through our woodworking classes. From design planning to learning about the traditional techniques of woodworking, our participants get hands-on experience on how to construct furniture from scratch.
