About the Experts

Rashvin is the Group CEO of Biji-biji Initiative and Mereka, one of Malaysia's pioneering and award-winning Social Enterprises. They have worked with over 50 impact organisations in the ASEAN region to enhance their technical capacity and raise impact capital. Mereka is a talent-development ecosystem that prepares creatives, professionals and entrepreneurs for the future of work through its digital academy, network of ASEAN creative hubs and flagship center in Kuala Lumpur. Rashvin plays a regular role in global programs and speaking engagements, he has been an active contributor to the Social Enterprise World Forum (SEWF), and was selected as an Obama Leader in the Asia Pacific inaugural cohort. Rashvin graduated with an Accounting and Finance degree from Bristol Business School, United Kingdom. He spent 4 years of his career in the corporate world, as a Manager PwC Malaysia.
