In this workshop, participants will be guided to use scribble art techniques to be mindful of their thoughts and manage it better. This exercise is good for those struggling with racing thoughts and overthinking.
Participants are shown how to scribble their messy thoughts out on paper. They can choose different colours, lines, and shapes that best describe their state.
At the end of the session, participants require to share their artwork interpretation & discuss their healing takeaways from this activity.

This workshop will be hosted at Muzium Telekom at moment TM inside the exhibition hall on the first floor. Participants will be able to see signage that leads to the activity area from Muzium Telekom's main entrance.
