About the Expert

I am a dedicated academic and researcher specializing in operations and supply chain management. I holds a Doctorate in Business Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung, where I also earned my Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Bachelor’s in Mathematics. With over two decades of teaching and research experience, I currently serves as a full-time lecturer at Telkom University. I have taught a wide range of subjects, including Supply Chain Management, Data Science, and Total Quality Management. My scholarly contributions include more than 25 publications and two academic books. I have also served as an expert consultant in national projects involving logistics, procurement, and supply chain strategy for major organizations such as PT. Pos Indonesia, PT. Pertamina, and Pupuk Indonesia. Certified in logistics and AI technologies, I continues to bridge academic insight with industry practice.
