Join us at the Future of Work Alumni workshop, where we will provide an in depth learning experience with Industry Partner to learn tips and tricks to thrive in the industry.
This workshop will focus on the Admin & Customer Support industry.
By the end of the workshop, participants will developed essential skills and knowledge to excel in administrative and customer support roles. They will be equipped with effective communication techniques, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle difficult customer situations. Participants will also gain an understanding of the importance of continuous improvement and customer relationship management.
This workshop is open to everyone! Interested individuals would need to fill up Needs Assessment survey and submit Impact Data details as an acceptance requirement. Submit any queries to futureofwork@mereka.my.
