Description
No other state in the U.S. offer as wide a selection of high education options than the state of California. There is the University of California system (UC), California State University system (CSU), Community College system, and Independent/Private Institutions. Speakers will give an overview of each system and their uniqueness and offers. And learn how transfer from community colleges to any of these universities can be a great pathway. Participants will get lots of tips on how to find the best match of school for your interests and needs.
Hear from Marilyn Cheung, (Director of International of International Student Recruitment and Partner Relations at Foothill + De Anza Colleges), Debra Zhang (Senior International Admissions Counselor at the University of California, Irvine), and Krittaya Pichitnapakul (Director of International Admission at the University of San Francisco).
Students and parents are free to attend. There will be a Q&A at the end and some time for one-on-one discussions with admissions counselors. Light refreshments will be served.
