Description

A day of boozy workshops, split into a 3-part series:

1. Tales & Taste of Tuak (12pm - 2pm)

Dive into the Tales & Taste of Tuak with Swit as she teaches you the many ways you can craft with Malaysia’s local flavours. Formatted into an experimental sharing session where community, curiosity and bursts of creative flair coalesce to elevate your brews.

2. Beers from Japan (4pm - 6pm)

Escape to Japan with Mavis as she teaches you about Japanese beers, malts, and hops with insightful discussions and fun, flavourful sips!

3. French Bordeaux (8pm - 10pm)

Follow Daniel as he guides you into discussions on the history of Bordeaux whilst exploring different styles of ambrosial wines and grape varietals from the region through taste.

Choose between your favourite vices: Tuak, Beers, or Wines. Better yet... pick all three!

For 'Individual Workshops' ticket holders, please DM your workshop of choice to @polyaffairs on Instagram. Do note that you will not be able to change your workshop of choice after this.

Learn tips and tricks from our seasoned hosts as they share their enthusiasm and totally geek out over their love for alcohol! We'll also include drinks for all in each workshop so you can sip as you learn, allowing the body and mind to be truly enriched.

Hosted at Poly Affairs, a workshop space in Polydextrous Studios. We strive to be a safe space to cultivate your childlike curiousity. We believe that learning and growing knows no age and that even adults should be able to experiment with different art forms, free from judgement.
