Boasting over a decade of expertise, Alfred has pioneered and managed transformative youth programs across the Philippines and Asia-Pacific. His journey commenced with Ideas Positive, earning accolades from the Philippines' League of Corporate Foundations. He later co-established the Positive Youth Development Network (PYDN), impacting 200,000 individuals spanning 81 provinces. Under his stewardship, PYDN launched the National Search for Outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan Project Award and the revered annual Youth Hour celebration. Diversifying his impact, Alfred has also led mental health and HIV/AIDS campaigns showcased at global forums. Currently, he heads the Youth Work Research and Training Center. A registered nurse with a Master's in Development Management, Alfred's enthusiasm lies in fostering relationships and cultivating emerging leaders.
