Currently, I work at the Biji-biji Initiative, a social enterprise based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In my role, I drive the initiation and goal setting for various programs, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. I meticulously plan each program, from inception to completion, managing deadlines, budgets, milestones, and processes. I also develop evaluation strategies to monitor performance and drive improvements. Supervising program and project managers is a key part of my role, providing feedback and resolving complex issues. Effective communication with stakeholders through detailed and accurate reporting is my priority, as is driving business growth and securing contracts with clients and stakeholders.
