Description

We'll teach you the science behind making various types of fruit wine, kombucha and vinegars. This will be a hands on class and we'll go through the entire process of making these 3 ferments.

How to prepare

We'll provide all equipment and raw materials, we'll also be giving out free kombucha starters so if you would like to take some please bring an extra jar(100ml).
