Lacto fermentation comes in many different forms, from the fermentation of vegetables to make kimchi to meat products like salami, but one of the simplest lacto ferments is the fermentation of thosai/dosa, idli and appam
During the class you will learn how to:

Cook and shape thosai
Steam idli
Make appam
Make a simple coconut chutney
